A 1960’s Vintage Cast Iron Coffee Roaster. Produced originally in Germany, by Probat. This has a VFD for Drum rotation speed, 2 bean temp readouts with setup for a data logger, and a natural gas flowmeter.

We have a recently acquired, 1960’s, In Production UG15, with Chaff Can.  We installed & serviced this system over the years, we did not rebuild it.  We will spend about 4-5 days of general clean up, including the cooling tray & chaff can, along with some touch up of paint in certain areas. 

I am selling this as is with no warranty.  It also comes with an Afterburner with Burner included.
