Primary is a Recuperative Thermal Oxidizer, that when sized properly, can abate & control odors, volatile organic compounds (VOC's) and visible emissions of multiple roasters. System operation is based on thermally oxidizing (burning) the Roaster exhaust organic contaminants using a natural gas fired burner. The system includes a 70% effective Primary Heat Exchanger (with special alloy material) to significantly reduce the systems operating energy requirements. Each roaster's exhaust pressure is controlled by it's own Static Pressure Control Box. When Ambient Air Temp, Humidity & Barometric Pressure changes, adjustments are automatic to to maintain a consistent negative pressure.
